Доработать функционал

Нам нужно на сайте kupi-laminat.kz/ доработать функционал вкладок, т.е у нас есть блок Каталог товаров prntscr.com/9n1ti5, нам нужно добавить 2 вкладки Подложка и плинтус, чтобы они были кликабельные и сверху и снизу и должен работать слайдер на всех вкладках prntscr.com/9n1tt5.
Насколько я знаю сложность состоит в том чтобы сделать на всех вкладках работающий слайдер одновременно с работающими табами.
Прошу отписать предложени по срокам и адекватному бюджету.
