    Можно обойтись без регистрации, но привязку лучше делать именно к телефону, другого варианта я не вижу. Привязка по ip плохая идея -- помимо описанного выше, например, человек, который перейдет по ссылке с телефона где-то на улице мало того что не сможет потом открыть эту страницу дома на компьютере, -- он и на телефоне через какое-то время ее повторно уже не откроет.

    А почему бы вам регистрацию и авторизацию не прикрутить к вашему лендингу?Емайлы будут в базе. IP может быть и динамическим
