В ТЗ про движок НИЧЕГО не написано. Только внешнее отображение сайта. А всех интересует код - с чем нам работать придется.

Просто основную информацию нужно писать в самом начале, а не прятать, чтобы все искали ее. Никто не будет читать ВСЁ ваше ТЗ, чтобы наконец-то узнать основное и таки отказаться. Мы хоть выяснять еще пытаемся. Другие просто прошли мимо, чтобы не выуживать у каждого заказчика необходимое....
