 ✅ Option 1 — to Google Sheets via webhook (Apps Script).

The optimal and quick option is to implement this through Shopify Forms or, if necessary, through Klaviyo (if it is already connected). In this case, all requests will come to your e-mail, and the form will look and work reliably on all devices.
