Додати друк QR-кода на видатковій не складно, думаю в 1000грн вкладусь, від Вас алгоритм що в рядок, який отримується при скануванні кода записувати. Але не зрозумів "предоставлялась данная накладная из базы ", у охорони стоїть ПК з входом в 1С і вони там будуть дивитись? Думаю якщо обговоримо, то розберемось що саме Ви хочете отримати і як це краще реалізувати.
