и возможность вставлять их в нужное место в статье.
3 и 4 пункты можно скопировать с главной, а 1 и 2 сделать новые.

На сайте очень медленная загрузка (по pagespeed )и не исправив это-нет смысла добавлять еще и слайдер. На мобильных многие не до листают до сертификатов. Плюс -имея форму на странице - мы лишаем кеширования страницы.
P.S. мне как пользователю не совсем удобно читать сайт, где 30% экрана ( на desktop) занимает шапка. Можно ж ее скрывать при скролле полностью или частично -
