I looked at your form and the list of edits, I understand what you mean. The main issues right now are related to the layout (margins, responsiveness, text in Hebrew), the absence of necessary elements from Figma (logo, bookmarks, notes), as well as the logic of the fields themselves (calendar for the date, mandatory fields, conditional blocks "yes/no").
I can bring the form to a state that fully corresponds to the layout in Figma and the document: I will fix all display bugs, add missing elements, and set up the correct logic for the fields. I will make sure that the form is fully functional and looks neat at any scale.
