якщо його не треба програмувати, та якщо для його API є хороша документація, тоді по цьому пункту - ОК. Але якщо це не так, то 5000 грн. вистачить буквально на пару днів...
Верстка:
якщо підігнати треба на пару пікселів конкретний елемент чи пару елементів, тоді - ОК. Але якщо треба конкретно верстати базовий шаблон сторінки, чи навіть шаблон сайта, то... я б за таке не брався.
