Completion of a mobile Unity game turnkey: bug fixing, AdMob, closed testing, and publication on Google Play

There is a nearly finished project of a simple 2D puzzle game with blocks on Unity. The source code is available. The game needs to be brought to final release in the Google Play Store turnkey. I am looking for a responsible and experienced developer.
What specifically needs to be done:
Bug fixing and stability checking:
Critical bug: When transitioning to the game market/store, the colors of game elements (block textures) disappear, the game freezes, and only a complete cache clear of the phone helps. This needs to be fixed first.
Internal audit: Check the code for obvious memory leaks and minor errors that hinder stable gameplay. The game should run smoothly and without freezes.
Integration of AdMob advertising:
Full integration and setup of ad blocks (banner, interstitial ads, and/or rewarded ads).
The code should be set up so that after handing over the project to me, I only need to link my card/account in the AdMob panel for receiving payments.
Closed testing and publication before final release:
Organization and conduct of mandatory closed testing by the contractor (20 testers required for 14 days according to Google Play rules).
Full preparation and upload of the application to the developer console (uploading the build, page design: screenshots, description).
Support of the project through Google moderation until the game transitions to "Published" status (Final release).
Requirements for the contractor:
Experience with Unity, AdMob integration, and new publication rules in the Google Play Console.
Ability to understand someone else's code and optimize it without creating new "workarounds".
