Доработка региональности на Битрикс

используем Битрикс, шаблон максимум https://max-demo.ru/
в этом шаблоне есть функционал региональности на поддоменах и есть без поддоменов.

мы хотим использовать без поддоменов, только вот работает он неправильно с точно зрения SEO.
нужно доработать его так, как это сделали на сайте comfy
url/gorod/вся остальная часть урл сайта... разделы, товары, статьи и т.д.
у битрикса есть в url /catalog/...
поэтому сразу вопрос, вообще возможно, то что мы придумали ?
будет так битрикс работать ?
также хотелось бы настроить чтоб город сам определялся по базе гео айпи, инструкция говорит что это реализовано, надо настроить.
кто готов взяться за реализацию? пишите пожалуйста бюджет, сроки и когда готовы взяться.
