1. General Information

• The website is located at: https://m579y.weblium.site/shop

• Platform: Weblium (Weblium editor)

• Purpose: online store for pet products

• Goal of the improvements: complete the layout, finalize the visual part, connect missing modules, set up email, payment system, domain, and upload photos.

2. Tasks for the Contractor

The main tasks are listed below. Each task must be completed fully and with quality in mind (responsiveness, correct display, absence of errors).

2.1 Completion of the website layout and refinement of the visual design

• Go through all pages (home, catalog, product card, "about us", contacts, etc.) and complete the layout: check and correct markup, styles, responsiveness (mobile version, tablet, desktop).

• Refine the visual structure of the store:

  • consistent style for headings, subheadings, text;

  • consistent style for buttons, links, interface elements;

  • selection and adjustment of fonts and colors in accordance with the corporate style (if any) or agreement with the client;

  • alignment of elements, correct display of margins and grid;

  • check and correct icons, images, graphics to ensure the layout is not "broken" and there are no "rubber" elements.

• Check SEO layout: correct H1/H2 headings, alt tags for images, readability of the layout, text and element wrapping.

• Check cross-browser compatibility: the site displays correctly in modern versions of browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and on mobile devices.

2.2 Filling categories with thematic photographs

• For all categories (sections of the catalog), select and place quality thematic photographs (for example, for sections "For Cats", "For Dogs", "Feed Additives", etc.).

• Requirements for photographs: good resolution (for example, at least 1920×1080 for banners/covers, at least 800×600 px for categories), optimized file size (for quick downloading).

• All images must be visually consistent with each other: the same style, color scheme, composition (for example: animal + product + background), or as agreed with the client.

• Each category must have its own preview image displayed in the catalog. When hovering/selecting a category – correct display.

• In the catalog, check the display "without image" or with a placeholder: if a category does not have an image – agree with the client on the approach (either upload a placeholder or mark it as "in process").

2.3 Connecting new email to the site

• Select (or use an already created) corporate email (for example: info@YourDomain, sales@…, support@…).

• Set it up on the domain (after transferring the domain — see item 2.5).

• Set up sending emails from the site: order notifications, subscription emails, contacts. Check that emails are sent correctly (do not go to the "Spam" folder).

• If necessary — set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC to improve deliverability.

• Ensure that the email is displayed on the site (for example, in the footer or contact section) and linked to feedback/order forms.

2.4 Connecting the LiqPay payment system

• Integrate LiqPay on the site: set up payment acceptance through LiqPay (Ukraine — most likely).

• Ensure that when ordering in the store, the option to pay via LiqPay appears.

• Set up secure operation: transition to the appropriate payment page, receive feedback notification from LiqPay, update order status in the system.

• Check functionality in test mode, then — in live mode.

• Ensure that the service fee (LiqPay commission) is specified/clarified with the client, and the user sees correct information.

• Ensure that in the final version of the order, the client receives payment confirmation, and the administrator receives a notification.

2.5 Transferring the domain name from the old site

• Client's side: request the contractor of the old site to disable the domain (or provide the necessary access/settings).

• The contractor must set up the DNS record of the domain (A, CNAME, etc.) or change hosting so that the domain points to the new site on Weblium.

• Check that after transferring the domain, the site works correctly at the new address, the SSL certificate is installed (https), and there are no SEO issues (if the old site was indexed: set up 301 redirects from old URLs, if necessary).

• Ensure that email (see item 2.3) works correctly after transferring the domain if part of the domain is used.

• Ensure that there are no "broken" links, images, redirects after the transfer.

2.6 Uploading product photographs

• Currently: uploading the product list is done through the "lower file". It needs to be improved so that each product has a photo uploaded/displayed.

• Parameters:

  • Each product must have at least 1 image, preferably the ability to have multiple images (gallery) — for variable products: different angles, packaging, application.

  • Image format: optimized for size and weight (without loss of quality for web).

  • Upload algorithm: either manually through the admin panel or (if provided) through an upload file (CSV/Excel) with links to images. Clarify with the contractor the file format, template.

  • Check that images are displayed correctly on the product card, on catalog pages, are not distorted, and proportions are correct.

• Check: after uploading products — go through a selection of products, ensure that images are displayed, are not "broken", and there are no placeholder images.

• Additionally: automatic generation of thumbnail versions for the catalog may be possible.

3. Additional Technical Requirements

• Responsiveness: the site must display correctly on mobile phones, tablets, and desktops. Navigation should be convenient.

• Loading speed: images must be optimized, minimal weight, use lazy-load if necessary. Minimize blocking resources.

• SEO basics: meta tags title/description for pages, alt tags for images, human-readable URLs (if the platform allows).

• Security: SSL certificate, spam check for feedback forms, protection of the admin panel.

• Testing: after completion — conduct usability testing, functionality testing, bug fixes.

• Documentation: the contractor must provide a brief instruction for further updating the site (for example: how to change category images, how to upload products, how to check LiqPay payments).

• Deadlines and stages: it is advisable to break the work into stages, for example: stage 1 — layout and visuals; stage 2 — category photos; stage 3 — email + LiqPay; stage 4 — domain + product photos; stage 5 — final testing and launch. The client and contractor agree on deadlines for each stage.

• Acceptance: after each stage, the client checks the result, provides feedback, the contractor makes corrections. After the final stage — final approval and launch.

• Support: it is advisable to provide a support period (for example, 30 days) after launch for bug fixes free of charge.

4. What is Required from the Client

• Provide access to the Weblium editor, hosting/domain, email panel, LiqPay, etc.

• Prepare and agree on the corporate style (logo, colors, fonts) if not yet agreed.

• Select and agree on photo materials for categories (or assign the contractor to select).

• Provide a file with the product list and, if possible, files with product images or links to them.

• Notify the old contractor about the domain disconnection and its transfer to the new location.

• Agree on deadlines, budget, acceptance criteria.

5. Criteria for Successful Implementation

• All pages display correctly and are responsive.

• All categories have quality photographs.

• Email works: emails are sent and received.

• LiqPay is integrated and tested — payment goes through, order status is updated.

• The domain is transferred.
