The project has not been completed, during the work the executor wrote that he has to urgently leave another city and he is already going to the station (set before the fact) and can’t perform the project, asks to close what would not be a negative feedback....but as his activity shows it’s wrong, he makes new bets and takes new projects to work, some closed (in my time), some without reviews on arbitration! I don’t like when people are shy and think it’s normal if it was true other projects would not be executed immediately and timely my project.... my feeling the execution simply takes the projects and will not get as lucky ........ So be careful and ready for the different outcome, may be lucky and may not be ....
