На данный момент сервис работает, но есть ряд моментов которые нужно доработать.

Добрый день, выполню задание, цена ориентировочна (нужно посмотреть исходники).
Вы сталкиваетесь с лимитом запросов в секунду, скорее всего тот, кто писал код не учитывал это и у вас появляется разница в подсчетах и нет обработки ошибок на такие случаи. Так же api vk может блокировать однотипные запросы. Есть варианты по оптимизации.
