Судя по скрину панели производительности не настроен сервер. Это первое.
Судя по скрину навешаны Css/js + сторонние скрипты, которые и блокируют вам на 4 сек отдачу странцы. Ко всему ,скорее всего, у вас видео стоит с юутба (гадать смысла не вижу), но по размеру страницы ....
