В настройках пользователя есть чекбоксы.
Что нужно сделать:
1) При установки нового чекбокса(ставим галочку) текущему пользователю нужно отправить письмо(текст + ссылка)
2) Раз в 2 дня автоматически каждому пользователю, должен устанавливаться определенный чекбокс.
PS. При хорошем выполнение работы, могу предложить постоянныую загрузку по проекта, разного уровня.
