Русского нет, нужно русифицировать админку и навигацию сайта.
Я это сделал, но некоторые блоки отображаются не корректно, поэтому пришел за помощью. А чтоб совсем голову не морочить, хочу чтоб исполнитель с нуля сделал. -

Я специализируюсь на системе OpenCart и ранее сталкивался с подобными проблемами
Причина может быть в шрифте на кирилице или размерах блоков, которые рассчитаны на размер английских слов
Отправьте ссылку на ваш сайт в лику, я посмотрю и скажу точно в чем причина и как ее исправить
