We are looking for a developer to implement a series of automated marketing scenarios in a taxi application (open APIs, system access is available).
Tasks:
1️⃣ Promo code for customers who have not used the service for more than 2 weeks:
– Set up automatic issuance of promo code for 3 trips with a 25% discount, but not more than 25 UAH per trip
– Send a push notification through the client application
– If the application is not installed — send a message via Viber
2️⃣ After a week (if the customer has not used the service):
– Select the database of customers who have not traveled for more than 3 weeks
– Send a push/Viber message with a 35% discount, but not more than 35 UAH for 3 trips
3️⃣ Another week later (for inactive customers):
– Send a push/Viber message with a 50% discount, but not more than 50 UAH for 3 trips
4️⃣ Report and analytics:
– Create a module or report to evaluate effectiveness:
how many customers used each discount level
number of completed trips
total amount of bonuses/discounts spent
overall impact on customer return rate
