We will choose the optimal technology (FDM for strength or SLA/photoresin for smoothness and fine details) for your task. How I will prepare the file: I will do solid modeling strictly according to your diagrams. I will set the correct tolerances for plastic shrinkage so that the part (if it is assembled) fits perfectly. I will check the overhangs to minimize the number of supports and save you material during printing. I will monitor the minimum wall thickness. In the end, you will receive a correct, closed mesh without errors in .STL or .STEP format, fully ready for upload to any slicer.
