I know what the problem is:
1. Apparently, when deleting, a chain of incorrect redirects was created, and therefore there is a black screen when navigating to the section (visible in the video).
2. All SEO-friendly URLs (human-readable URLs) have been lost.
Example:

Working https://babypark.ua/taxonomy/term/472
Previously it was https://babypark.ua/detskiy-transport/velosideniya
… This is bad because indexing in Google has been lost and the page weight.

3. Old stroller categories have been deleted, and new ones have been created, but now it is necessary to specify the category for each product, and there are few products.
If many changes have been made and a lot has been reworked before the identified problems, then it can be fixed. Although there is a lot of work since it is necessary to go through the products and set the categories. If you have 10,000 products, that is 10,000 * 1 minute for each product = 10,000 minutes or 166 hours or 20 days.
If the products are uploaded not manually, but via Excel from the price list, then it is easier. Although I can export all products to Excel, you can assign categories, and this way the problem can be solved.
Perhaps it would be better to restore the site from a backup, and then it will be faster to add corrections.
