Dubbing videos (with AI tool)

Task is simple:
1. dub videos from one youtube channel (english to spanish).
2. download videos from another youtube channel and split in multiple parts then mix, just to look a bit different in order.
3. add the dubbed audio from first video in this second video.
4. add always logo of channel on it.
I will provide the 2 youtube channels with all content.
I will need one video per day, everyday in the week, video has usually 20-25 min.
Budget is very limited for this project, but i want to do long term business with you and do weekly payment every monday by crypto if possible (lets discuss prices by message). Content is related to war so if you are sensitive for such content don't do any offer. Thanks.
