- getCookie(name) must display the value of the cookie with the name on the page;

Create the JS setDivColor(number, color) function that allows you to set the color of the text for div with a number order, equal to the color value.
For example, the setDivColor challenge(1, "00FF00") should set the color of the text for the first div equal to "00FF00". Create an interactive mechanism for entering the values number and color.
