This role is a mix of customer service, store admin, and blog/content support. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day tasks that help keep an online store running smoothly.
Main responsibilities:
* Respond to customer service emails and inquiries in a warm, professional, and timely way
* Help with order-related questions, shipping updates, product questions, and issue resolution
* Assist with general e-commerce admin tasks
* Support product listing updates and basic website content changes
* Help upload or format blog posts
* Assist with basic SEO-related blog tasks such as headings, meta descriptions, internal linking, and keyword placement
* Keep files, information, and recurring tasks organized
* Help with other administrative support tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
* Strong written English
* Experience in customer service or administrative support
* Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
* Comfortable learning new systems and following processes
* Some experience with blog formatting, content support, or SEO is a plus
* Experience with Shopify, e-commerce brands, or mission-driven brands is a plus
