It is necessary to analyze the activities of the online stores as a whole, determine the actual cost structure, and based on that, develop a correct markup system. What data I will provide I will provide all necessary information for the last 3 months, including: turnover; number of orders; cost of goods sold; marketplace commissions; advertising expenses; delivery costs; packaging costs; returns; cancellations; employee salaries; rent; taxes; other fixed and variable costs. Expected result As a result, I want to receive: a detailed financial analysis; conclusions and recommendations; calculation of the optimal markup; a ready model in Excel or Google Sheets with formulas; the ability to change input parameters (purchase price, desired profit level, commissions, expenses, etc.) and automatically receive a new recommended selling price.
