Вряд ли кто-то сможет вам сказать точную причину такого всплеска. Теоретически - причина может быть в локальном сбое алгоритмов каталога прома в определенный промежуток времени, и ваш магазин зацепило этим сбоем. А т.к. рейтинг в каталоге во многом зависит от соотношения показов к переходом - это автоматом срезало рейтинг. Если так случилось - техподдержка прома никогда этого не признает, и как обычно будет отписывать невразумительные послания ниочем.
Исправить это тоже вряд ли как-то можно со стороны - по сути нужно выровнять рейтинг магазина, а выровнять его можно через соответствие пром критериям качества работы. -
