Export of 3D terrain mesh from AutoCAD to ArchiCAD.
There is: An AutoCAD file (in French) with measurement results – a 3D mesh of triangles with a step of 1-8 meters and three topographic drawings based on this 3D mesh. The area of the site is 18,000 m2.
Needed: An ArchiCAD file with the terrain created using the 3D mesh tool and three layers with imported 2D topographic drawings from AutoCAD. The ArchiCAD file is needed for further work and the creation of plans, sections, and 3D visualizations in ArchiCAD.
In addition to the terrain itself, it is also necessary:
- To place in 3D all the trees marked on the topographic map (three types) and to show the boundaries of the young forest with a fourth type.
- To create a road.
- To create retaining walls.
- To create fuel tank manholes.
- To outline the buildings and extrude them.
- To create water bodies.
