We are a targeted marketing agency.
But with some clients when integrating our CRM to their email setup we are encountering technical problems that need an expert.
In one case we are having issues with an Outlook Server.
This is for one project but will lead to regular work for the right person.
English is and advantage but not necessary as we speak some Russian.
The issue we need resolving this week is as follows:
- We check if the server you are sending from is authenticated
- We didn't find a server (A Record) behind your hostname NAM02-BN1-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com.
- We check if there is a server (A Record) behind your hostname NAM02-BN1-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com.
- You may want to publish a DNS record (A type) for the hostname NAM02-BN1-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com or use a different hostname in your mail software.
Something called NAM02-BN1-obe.outbound.protection.outlook.com is causing issues. This is what I could find so far: https://portal.smartertools.com/community/a2404/ip-range-of-_outbound_protection_outlook_com-hosts.aspx
Basically, any mail coming from Microsoft EOP/Office365 is sent from some host under outbound.protection.outlook.com. But because each host has 10+ IPs associated with it, the SPF/rDNS lookup fails and the message is dropped in delivery. The best suggestion SM support has is whitelisting every EOP IP range, which I'm willing to try, but they're unable to offer the IP ranges. Does anyone have the EOP IP address ranges of the outbound.protection.outlook.com hosts? Better yet, has anyone found a better solution to accepting messages from EOP without compromising spam settings and/or security (ie.- disabling SMTP authentication)? Конкретно эта проблема лечиться довольно легко.
Нужно будет сделать еще ряд станадратных действий по настройке почты подобных этому.
Но факт выполнения этих пунктов не даст гарантии что ваш сервер не попадет в спам лист сервера-приемщика почты. Т.к. у всех больших хостеров почты разнообразная политика борьбы со спамом и разные критерии. Т.е. конкретно эту проблему можно решить, и сделать еще ряд действий который нужно сделать что бы верифицировать ваши письма, но 100% гарантии это на длительном промежутке времени не даст.
