Задачи:
1. Разработка системы оповещений (Push нотификации + блоки-оповещения внутри приложения + подключение вебсокетов)
2. Реализация системы жалоб и штрафов. Отправка заявок клиентами с приложения, обработка и начисление штрафов с Административной панели. (Админ панель реализована, модуль обработки жалоб и выдачи штрафов необходимо дописать)
3. Реализация системы выдачи призов. Необходимо добавить возможность загрузки файла с призовыми кодами, которые будут распределяться среди победителей. (В приложении выдача призов реализована, в Админ панели необходимо реализовать).
