Hello!
I can collect and prepare data for analysis on service purchases for 2024 based on the BIN list (Kazakhstan): export/scrape from the registry -> cleaning -> table (Excel/Google Sheet) + column structure (data dictionary).
I will ensure that the result is reproducible: I will leave a script/instruction so that it can be run on a new BIN list later.
It is important to clarify 2 points (they affect the volume):
- which specific "registry" (link/name of the website) are we using?
- is there a captcha/authorization/limits or is access open?
If access is open (without captcha bypass) - I will meet the specified deadline. If the volume is very large or the restrictions are strict - I will propose a phased plan.
