Можна було б автоматично формувати накладні з цих екселівських файлів і потім доволі легко робити всю аналітику в 1С, але, дивлячись на іхню структуру, можна припустити, що виникне велика плутанина щодо Номенклатури - немає ні унікальних кодів по них, ні артикулів

Номенклатуру можна брати по назві, якщо нічого іншого в файлі немає. Але де гарантія, що не виникне непотрібна синонімія - неспівпадіння хоча б в одному символі буду породжувати нову номенклатуру

Так, і я проце думав. Є в Excel така функція - ВПР, але вона у мене не працює, якщо обрати приблизне співпадіння, «правда». Нею можна було б вирішите це.
Також я не знаю чи є така функція в 1С?

Є). Щоби пришвидшити, можливо зробити 2-хстадійну перевірку: спочатку по простій функції НАЙТИ, а якщо ні, то влаштувати ретельний запит з опцією ПОДОБНО. Можна спробувати)
