Это имя пользователя в Виндовс, а по сети могут буть таких не сколько.... тогда уже и имя компютера илиIP. И еще где то эти логи надо и хранить!!!!!

кол-во пользователей условно говоря ограничено и известно. Для хранения данных необходимо создать другую книгу в которой будут храниться все изменения.
чуть позже брошу более подробное описание проекта.

В целом есть возможность сделать такие логи в excel. Сталкивался с такой задачей.

А не проще какую то БД написать и с ней уже работать. Куча файлов открывать))))
