Regarding the cost, it would be around 400 dollars. The total includes storyboarding, drawings, animation, and melody. Voiceover is ordered separately, and its price depends on the chosen voice actor. Ukrainian voices cost around 1500-2000 per minute. Foreign voices can cost up to 4000. If this works for you, please write, and we will discuss all the details. It would be good to see your drafts for the script. To understand how many scenes are planned and what will be depicted there. If there are few scenes and the drawings are simple, it might be possible to lower the price a bit.
