Уважаемый Александр, хочу заметить, что Ваше высказывание относительно "редактируемый файл .STL" не верный, так как сам по себе файл в формате STL уже подразумевает экспорт 3D модели из какой либо 3D программы.
Редактировать возможно только исходную модель и в программе, в которой она была создана!
Ну и бюджет Ваш - условный... очень условный. -
