Добрый день. Нужная вам программа должна сама работать как почтовый клиент, синхронизироваться с вашим почтовым ящиком и получать письма, чтобы потом обрабатывать их, я правильно понимаю? Для этого нужно по крайней мере знать каким почтовиком вы пользуетесь, у всех свои нюансы. Или нужно написать плагин для почтовой программы на компьютере
