I have familiarized myself with the task - a typical but important problem with Meta Pixel / Events Manager, when an event is recorded through Pixel Helper, but remains inactive in Events Manager.
What I will check and do as part of the project:
- the correctness of the Meta Pixel installation (via code/GTM);
- the compliance of events with Meta standards (PageView, ViewContent, Lead, Purchase, etc.);
- the reason why events are visible in the extension but are not registered in Events Manager;
- the setup of Aggregated Event Measurement;
- the compliance of events with the selected business category (often this is where the error lies);
- I will check if the transmission of data is blocked by cookies/consent.
As a result:
- I will clearly indicate specific errors;
- I will provide step-by-step recommendations on how to fix them;
- if necessary, I will suggest how to properly restructure events for advertising purposes. I work with Meta Ads and conversions on a regular basis, so I will quickly find the cause, rather than "general assumptions."
