Фильтр для сайта каталога недвижимости

Необходимо сделать фильтрацию на сайте http://real-fox.com/ru/prodazha.html
Сайт работает на MODX Evolution
Небольшое ТЗ:
1) Первичная фильтрация. На Главной странице сайта в левом сайдбаре есть простой фильтр https://yadi.sk/i/vC4rbWQEnSGot
Когда человек выбирает критерии фильтрации и нажимает Отфильтровать, его перекидывает на страницу http://real-fox.com/ru/prodazha.html где находится расширенный фильтр и результат работы первичной фильтрации
2) Работа расширенного фильтра. Все сводится к тому, какую вкладку выбирает пользователь. В зависимости от этого происходит фильтрация по параметрам объектов.
