Эти программы просто текст или параметры имеют таксономию? Елси это просто текст - то для начала придется это переделывать.

То есть это просто текст. Для того чтобы сделать фильтр сначала нужно иметь что фильтровать. Придется создавать нужные параметры для фильтрации под таксономию, напрмер через ACF. То есть преписывать каждую статью, заполняя поля. Выводить это все на сайт. А вот потом уже делать фильтр. Сейчас у вас попросту нечего фильтровать. Подробности в личку.
