The site is on WordPress, with a purchased theme. Filters need to be displayed:
- separation into new builds and secondary market (this value has been added to the objects, I can show it)
- type (apartment, house, land)
- number of rooms (studio, two-room, three-room, multi-room)
- price (from and to so that it can be entered)
- floor (from and to so that it can be entered)
- number of bathrooms (from and to so that it can be entered)
- area (from and to so that it can be entered)
- Furnished/ Equipped/ Furnished and equipped (3 options in a dropdown list)
- maintenance fee (from and to so that it can be entered)
The structure of the site is made with Elementor (country-city-district - simply created as pages in Elementor, and there it has already been selected through Elementor which objects to display). The standard filter makes a selection across all cities and countries, which is why it did not work. If we go to a city and use the standard filter there, it will show objects from all countries and cities.
And importantly:
the filter should have the ability to be configured as follows. If we have already gone to the apartment page, then the filter should not allow selecting the type of housing (i.e., if we have already entered the apartments, we cannot filter to show land plots). And there should be an option to choose which filters to include, as there cannot be rooms, floors, etc., on land plots.
So I understand it should work from under Elementor, like a widget, probably.

Your task can be solved with a custom widget for Elementor. Create a special widget that will include all necessary filters: separation into new buildings and secondary housing, type of property (apartment, house, land), number of rooms, price range, number of floors, number of bathrooms, area, furnishing/equipment options, and support tax.
The filter will adapt to each page. For example, if the user is already on the apartment page, there will be no option to select another type of housing, such as land plots. There will also be the ability to choose which filters to display, depending on the specifics of the particular page. For example, on the land plots page, filters for the number of rooms or number of floors will be hidden.
The filter will work based on your current properties, taking into account their metadata. I will also add the ability to filter by region (city, district), so that the results are displayed only within the current section. For user convenience, the filtering results will be updated without reloading the page using AJAX.
All settings will be available through the Elementor interface, allowing you to easily manage filters on different pages of your site.
