Budget: 25 USD Deadline: 4 days
Good day! I will take this task — both the filtering of the database and the collection of contacts.
Here’s how I plan to work:
1) I will filter the output file by eight NOC codes (85100, 85101, 85103, 82030, 84120, 63200, 94142, 95107) and immediately tell you how many companies are left — so we both see the actual scope of the second stage before starting.
2) For each company, I will search for contacts step by step: official website → Google Maps → local and industry directories → Facebook/Instagram → LinkedIn. For farms and agricultural sites, there often isn't much available, so Maps and local directories provide more than searching by name.
3) I prioritize HR/recruiting emails, then general work emails. If there are no HR addresses — I will use the general one and mark this in the table. If I can't find it — I will leave it blank; I won't write fake addresses, as that is worse than missing one on such a database.
4) I will provide an Excel file with columns exactly in your order, sorted by NOC code.
A question regarding the content: does the output file have a column with the address or website of the company? If there is an address — Google Maps provides a match much more accurately, and this directly affects the timeline.
I can first create a free sample for 10-15 companies so you can check the quality of the filling before the main work.
