Umfang und Ergebnisse:
Dreifachquellen-Ingestion: Richten Sie n8n-Workflows ein, um Daten aus drei Quellen zu importieren und zu transformieren:
Rechnungen (CSV): Bereinigen Sie die formatierten Daten und laden Sie sie in Supabase hoch.
Banktransaktionen: Integration mit einem benutzerdefinierten AWS Lambda-Service (Java-App) zum Abrufen von Transaktionsdaten.
Zahlungsavis (PDF): Nutzen Sie Mistral OCR (KI), um strukturierte Rechnungspositionsdaten aus unstrukturierten PDF-Dokumenten zu extrahieren.
Automatisierte Matching-Engine: Implementieren Sie eine mehrstufige Matching-Kaskade in n8n/PostgreSQL, um Bankzahlungen mit offenen Rechnungen zu verknüpfen und dabei sowohl Einzelzahlungen als auch komplexe Sammelzahlungen mehrerer Rechnungen auf Basis exakter und summierter Beträge zu verarbeiten.
Human-in-the-Loop Dashboard: Entwicklung eines funktionsreichen Appsmith-Frontends für das Finanzteam, einschließlich:
Interaktive Datentabellen mit dynamischer Filterung und Spaltensichtbarkeit.
Ein manuelles Cockpit mit Unterstützung für Drag-and-Drop-Zuordnung und Datenbearbeitung direkt am Speicherort.
Aktionsschaltflächen (z. B. „Als bezahlt markieren“), um Transaktionen zu bestätigen und die Datenbank zu aktualisieren.
Erforderliche Fachkenntnisse:
Fundierte Erfahrung mit n8n , Supabase/PostgreSQL und modernen Low-Code-Plattformen (z. B. Appsmith). Bewerber müssen über praktische Programmierkenntnisse in folgenden Bereichen verfügen:
JavaScript (Unbedingt erforderlich): Zum Erstellen benutzerdefinierter Logik innerhalb der "Code Nodes" von n8n (z. B. erweiterte Datentransformation, Regex-Parsing für Überweisungsinformationen).
Advanced SQL/PostgreSQL (Essential): Zum Schreiben von hochperformanten, mengenbasierten Matching- und Abgleichsabfragen direkt gegen die Supabase-Datenbank.
API-Integration: Erfahrung in der Anbindung externer Dienste (AWS Lambda/Java-App, Mistral OCR).
Java/Python (von großem Vorteil): Kenntnisse des kundenspezifischen Java-Bank-Connectors sind für die Fehlersuche an Integrationspunkten hilfreich.
