What is the project:
A large-scale tourist service that includes the provision of: apartments, transfers, air tickets, excursions. The previously listed is formed into another product that provides a service - Tour, tours are formed for each client individually on the backend side using an algorithm based on the starting point and end point (territorially) and the data that we have (tickets, apartments, excursions, transfers). It is also planned to sell tickets for concerts within the service.
Total: service within which are provided: Tours, apartments, excursions, transfers, air tickets, concert tickets.
The service is divided into 3 parts:
Client side - the ability to purchase services;
Service provision side - we can add services that we want to provide;
Admin panel - all services get here, processed are coordinated with moderation, statistics, balance, etc. are kept (you don’t need to do it in a mobile app!);
Air tickets, concerts and tours will only have a client side.The current part is planned for the development of the basic MVP and further joint cooperation, project scalability, development, fixation, re-design, and so on.What we have at the moment:
Written logic of the project in Miro;
The team consists of: project manager, backend-dev (python(django)), frontend-dev (Vue), team lead, Ui/UX designer (1 - for web, 1 - for mobile app), DevOps - only 7 people;
- Uses Gitlab, Trello, AWS server, Telegram chat, google meet for joint work;
- Finally completed segments of excursions, apartments, transfer on design for the web;
- Finally completed segment of excursions on the side of the guide (service provider) on the design for mobile app;
~50% of the developed backend;
- API is in swagger and redoc;
~15% of the developed frontend for the web;
