We need to professionally photograph a collection of vintage football shirts (approximately 100-120 pieces) for an Instagram account.
The goal is to elevate the visual appeal of the account to a premium level akin to European vintage shops, increase customer trust, and boost sales.
Requirements for the performer:
• Experience in product photography of clothing (preferably t-shirts/jerseys).
• Own equipment (good lighting, background, camera).
• Understanding of a minimalist "magazine" style.
• Experience working with Instagram shops is preferred.
Scope of work:
Photographing each shirt in a uniform style according to the following specifications:
Uniform shooting style:
• Background: light gray wooden floor or clean white/light background (matte, no glare).
• Lighting: soft natural light + reflectors, without harsh shadows.
• Color correction: warm tones, high contrast, bright colors of the forms.
• All photos in one style (one preset).
Mandatory set of photos for each shirt (minimum 6–8 shots):
1. Full front (flat lay) — neatly laid out, collar perfectly straightened.
2. Full view from the back.
3. Close-up of the chevron/logo (at an angle).
4. Clear shot of the inner tag (composition and brand).
5. Close-up of the collar + cuffs.
6. Fabric texture (macro).
7. On a person (if size allows) or on a hanger.
8. Additional atmospheric shots (optional).
Technical requirements for photos:
• Resolution minimum 2000 pixels on the long side.
• Format JPG + RAW (if possible).
• File naming: Brazil_1978_CBD_front.jpg, Brazil_1978_CBD_tag.jpg, etc.
• Finished photos must be processed in a uniform style.
Additionally:
• Create 2–3 short Reels (15–20 sec) with the shooting process/details (optional, discussed separately).
• Transfer all source files + already processed photos.
Deadline:
• 5–10 days (depending on the number of shirts).
• Staged delivery is possible.
