This includes both the city of Chernivtsi and nearby areas. Special equipment, pipes, earthworks, etc.
Shooting can be done over multiple days, in good weather.
The main thing is a quality photo set.
If someone locally is ready to take this on, please propose your terms, as I find it difficult to budget for this.
