Freelance Caption Editor for AI-Generated Images

We are looking for a freelancer to assist in text editing. The main task will involve refining captions produced by artificial intelligence algorithms.

This is a long term low intensity project that will require about five working hours per week. The job does not require an excellent knowledge of English. We will provide you with an Excel table containing images and auto-generated titles/descriptions. All you need to do is review the text to ensure if it corresponds to the image, and edit it primarily by deleting incorrect sentences.

As a first step you will receive a paid test task (the project you are reading) that includes 35 pictures, with approximately 180 words description per photo. You'll need to check each description, remove any irrelevant sentences, and combine relevant ones, shortening the text by about four times.

Please note that the work is quite routine and will require some patience. Once again, there is no need to produce a stylistically perfect text; we simply require it to be relevant to the image and prove important details. A short and simple description will be sufficient.

We've partnered with freelancers in a similar tasks and expect rates around $5 an hour, (about $0.15 per image). Please do not respond to a project if the payment does not meet your expectations.
