We are looking for an experienced recruiter to fill vacancies in Poland. This is a project-based position: you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for our clients for a limited period.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and selecting candidates for open positions in Poland (B2B, IT, sales, or other specific areas as needed).
Conducting preliminary interviews and assessing candidates’ competencies.
Recommending candidates to the client and supporting the selection process until contract signing.
Maintaining reports on candidate search progress and status.
Requirements:
Experience as a recruiter in the Polish market or working with candidates in Poland.
Knowledge of the local job market and sourcing channels (LinkedIn, GoldenLine, OLX, Pracuj.pl, etc.).
Fluent English or Polish for communication with candidates and clients.
Ability to work independently and achieve results in a project-based format.
