1. Goal
Automate the acceptance of orders from Instagram:
the bot answers questions
the bot accepts orders
orders are automatically created in MyWarehouse

3. What the bot should do
Answer frequently asked questions (prices, delivery, payment)
Process order placement:
product selection
weight
quantity
address
delivery time
payment method
Show the total and ask for confirmation
After confirmation:
create an order in MyWarehouse
send the order number to the client
Transfer the dialogue to an operator on command
4. Integration with MyWarehouse
After order confirmation:
create/update the counterparty
create a “Customer Order”
create a “Shipment” or reserve (by agreement)
check stock levels (if possible)
