I am comfortable with the "on-demand support" format, where there are calm periods, and then quick connection to urgent tasks is needed. In such tasks, the main thing for me is not just to close a bug, but to understand the cause, check that the problem does not lead to other failures, and briefly document the result for the team.

I keep reporting simple and clear: what happened, what was checked, what was done, what the result is after the fix. I can work through Trello, Google Docs, or another agreed format.

My approach to critical bugs: first, I quickly localize the problem through logs, traceback, integrations, and databases, then I make a targeted fix, after which I check key scenarios to ensure that the bot works stably.
