User "1" wants to transfer item "X" to user "2".

Chooses the initial warehouse "user 1".
Chooses the final warehouse "user 2".

Goes to the item transfer confirmation page.
Clicks the "Confirm" button.

After that, user "2" receives a notification asking to confirm the receipt of the item. After confirming the receipt of the item, the item is transferred to the warehouse of user "2".
