Там есть ajax нужно сделать асинхронный запрос чтобы когда вводил клиент номер телефона он автоматически искал не по нажатию кнопки

Некоторые номера ищет некоторые нет. т.е если написать в конце две цифры он ищет пишешь в середине две цифры он не ищет

Я тоже считаю что это со стороны фронта! Если он ищет по нажатию кнопки то и на изменение значении надо добавить тут же событию.

Это если сразу же отправлять на фронт все номера, а потом с помощью js выбирать те, которые соответствуют примеру. Тут же нужно считывать поле ввода, передавать в джанго этот шаблон, обработать подходящие варианты и тогда их отправить обратно на фронт
