I will develop a Gmail questionnaire, sender filter, and LangGraph flow so that each solution is clear. The main idea is a "registry of attribution" stored in each email, showing why GPT matched it with the project, including the prompt, key lines of evidence, assessment, and the ability to reproduce the result with a single click during testing.

I will add a silent fallback so that emails with low credibility trigger a smooth clarification cycle and never get stuck. Attachments will be stored in Supabase with content hashing to prevent duplicates, and raw MIME data will be saved for auditing and reprocessing. A table in Next.js with shadcn/ui will look fast and clear, with pagination, project filters, and direct opening in Gmail or Outlook.

I will host it as an isolated module in a GitHub repository with a small CLI for filling projects and locally running the questionnaire.
