Full stack workflow for email storage/records with next.js and shacnUI frontend

I am required to produce a full stack workflow for email storage/records with next.js and shacnUI frontend . Would you be interested in providing a fixed price quoute?
- Email comes to the corporate email (gmail)
- Gmail poller polls every 5 minutes for new unread emails.
- Email is filtered by sender (only emails already in database keep analyzed)
- If true, email send to GPT for identification (we send email + list of project and ask GPT to identify if email can be associated with the project)
- If false – we send repply asking to clarify project for the email
- User resends calrifiaction – we proceed
- User send clarificaiton with no info on the project – we ask again
- User send info to ignore – we ignore email
- If information present – we store raw email (together with all attachment) in the database
- Email marked as read.
- We render database scoped to the project (attachemt clickable) as table of emails in frontend as shacnui card component and data table component with pagination
- When email clicked it is opened in gmail or outlook
Stack : next.js postgreSQL, prisma, supabase, OpenAI, langgraph, gmail API, shadcnui
Module to be an isolated component on the github repository.
Also please provide necessary tests.
